PULSA-LPF

PULSA LPF Series is a motorised filling pump. It is designed for filling high viscosity products and comes in different pump head options.

Applications:-

Suitable for filling of liquid, cream, syrup, lotion, chilli paste & etc.

Features:-

* The pump is driven by a PLC controlled electric motor.
* Volume of the product can be determined by counter.
* For lower volume applications, a foot control switch or manual press button is installed to allow the operator to control the production speed.
* All parts involving flow of product to be filled are made of stainless steel 304/316, telfon & etc.

Optional:-

Weighing mechanism can be fitted so that when the container reaches the preset weight, the filling valve will close automatically and cutting off the flow of product.
